Terms of Use & Service Agreement

Operating Entities, Intellectual Origin & Binding Acceptance

This agreement is a legally binding contract entered into between the student/subscriber ("User", "Student", or "You") and the proprietary developers and operators of the automated Telegram quiz service: PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS in joint technical and academic operation with PRE ACADEMY : GOVT JOBS PREP (collectively referred to as "the Organization", "We", "Us", or "Our"), accessible via our authorized web portals at preacademy.in and preacademy.co.in.

This document governs your access to and interaction with the automated Telegram bot known as QUIZORA ADVANCED QUIZ BOT (Telegram Handle: @sspaquiz_bot).

By initiating interactions with /start, completing payments, or engaging with automated quiz sessions, you unconditionally accept and consent to comply with all terms laid out herein. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using @sspaquiz_bot immediately.

Subscription Fee Scope: Utility Service Access vs Question Ownership

Standard Enrollment Price: The published rate for accessing the bot functionality is ₹75 (Seventy-Five Indian Rupees) + Applicable Taxes (such as GST or processing gateway surcharges).

Express Scope of the ₹75 Subscription: The payment of ₹75 + taxes grants the subscriber a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable service license to run and participate in the interactive simulation utility of Quizora Advanced Quiz Bot. This service includes:

  • Automated delivery of timed multiple-choice questions within authorized Telegram sessions;
  • Real-time timer enforcement and answer evaluation modules;
  • Automated score calculation, instant answer keys, and dynamic percentile/rankings generated among participating peers;
  • Operational server compute resources deployed by PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS to run the bot pipeline smoothly.

NO OWNERSHIP OR BULK ACCESS TO QUESTIONS:

The payment of ₹75 + taxes DOES NOT represent the purchase, download right, bulk repository access, or offline extraction of the underlying question database. Students will NOT receive question banks as PDFs, text dumps, or raw data files. The fee solely covers the interactive automation service provided by the bot software during active live sessions.

Strict No-Refund & Non-Cancellation Policy

Please read this clause with utmost caution before completing any transactional payment for Quizora Advanced Quiz Bot (@sspaquiz_bot).

Digital Goods Immediate Provisioning Rule: The ₹75 + taxes payment triggers immediate, automated cryptographic key or Telegram user ID whitelisting inside our database servers. Because this provisioning is irrevocable, instant, and fully intangible digital software access:

  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE 100% FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • No refund requests will be entertained under any grounds, including but not limited to: change of mind, perceived syllabus mismatch, device incompatibility, accidental purchase, failure to attend live quiz sessions, or exam postponement.
  • Subscriptions cannot be paused, converted to cash, or transferred to another Telegram account or phone number.
  • Chargeback claims or unauthorized disputes lodged with payment processors without prior grievance escalation will result in permanent blacklisting from all PRE ACADEMY and PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS platforms.

By entering your payment details and clicking pay, you formally waive your right to a cooling-off cancellation period or refund claim under any consumer protection statute.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All software algorithms, question sequencing methods, curated explanations, UI formatting, branding, trademarks, logos (including the PRE ACADEMY crest and QUIZORA brand marks) are the exclusive intellectual property of PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and PRE ACADEMY : GOVT JOBS PREP.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, screen-recording for commercial redistribution, or using automated optical character recognition (OCR) on quizzes served by @sspaquiz_bot.

User Conduct, Anti-Abuse & Immediate Termination

Subscribers agree to interact with the bot in a bona fide educational manner. The following practices are strictly forbidden:

  • Deploying userbots, headless scripts, automated answer solvers, or rapid command spammers;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the API token or source code;
  • Forwarding quiz rounds into public channels or creating unauthorized mirror groups;
  • Harassing administrators or submitting fraudulent payment transaction IDs.

PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS reserves the absolute right to ban, blacklist, or terminate access for any account violating these rules without warning and with zero refund eligibility.

Service Availability & Telegram Platform Dependencies

While PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS strives for 99.5% service uptime, the bot operates on infrastructure powered by the third-party messaging platform Telegram FZ-LLC. We cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, network latency, Telegram MTProto gateway outages, or carrier network drops in your local region. Routine maintenance windows will be notified beforehand via official communication channels.

Exam Selection Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Educational Prep Tool Only: Quizzes are curated to assist preparation for various competitive and government examinations. However, PRE ACADEMY and PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS do not warrant or guarantee that identical questions will appear in any actual public service, staff selection, or government recruitment examination.

In no circumstance shall PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, PRE ACADEMY, its founders, mentors, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from inability to use the bot. Our aggregate liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the user (₹75).

Information We Collect via Telegram

In accordance with the principle of Data Minimization, Quizora Advanced Quiz Bot (@sspaquiz_bot) only accesses metadata transmitted through the official Telegram Bot API when you interact with the bot:

  • Unique Telegram User ID: Numeric identifier required to manage your subscription status, score records, and user preferences;
  • Public Profile Details: Your chosen First Name, Last Name, and public @username (as visible on Telegram) to display leaderboard standings;
  • Quiz Performance Logs: Option selections, response timestamps, aggregate test scores, and test completion analytics.

Note: We do NOT access your private chats, contact list, gallery, or geographical location coordinates.

Payment Security & Transaction Record Keeping

All digital transactions (such as the subscription fee of ₹75 + applicable taxes) are routed through certified, RBI-licensed payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI merchant switches).

PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and PRE ACADEMY do NOT store or have direct access to your confidential payment instruments, such as debit/credit card CVV numbers, net banking passwords, or UPI MPINs. We only retain the transaction identifier, payment status (Success/Failed), timestamp, and amount paid for subscription verification and taxation compliance under Indian law.

Data Usage & Public Leaderboard Visibility

Collected data is utilized strictly for the functional operation of the quiz bot:

  • Validating that the user has an active, valid ₹75 subscription;
  • Displaying comparative scoreboards and performance rank lists inside the bot or associated group sessions;
  • Delivering exam reminders, syllabus updates, or notifications from PRE ACADEMY.

When participating in timed quizzes, your public Telegram display name and score may be visible on rank lists to other participants.

Zero Sale of Personal Data & Sharing Limits

We maintain an uncompromised anti-spam policy. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade student records or phone numbers to third-party telemarketers or external advertising companies.

Information is only shared under legal compulsions, such as valid orders from Indian judicial courts, law enforcement agencies, or when necessary to protect the security and rights of PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS and PRE ACADEMY.

Governing Law, Indian IT Regulations & Jurisdiction

These policies are drafted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other relevant digital data governance standards.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings arising out of the subscription, operation of @sspaquiz_bot, or payment disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered operations of PRE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS / PRE ACADEMY in India.
