Form Fill-up FAQs

Quick answers to common issues • Suitable for IBPS/SBI configurations ONLY
💳
I filled the form and payment is done, but I didn’t receive any email (only SMS). What should I do?
Check “Fee Paid”
Take a printout (or download) of your application. If “Fee Paid” is mentioned anywhere on the form/receipt, your payment is successful.
🔁
I made the payment but the form shows “Fee Unpaid”. What should I do?
Retry payment
Make the payment again. The previous failed transaction amount will be refunded by the gateway/bank automatically.
🖊️
I filled the declaration with blue pen instead of black. Is it a problem?
Accepted
No issue. Your form will still be structurally accepted.
📄
I filled the form wrongly and resubmitted. Which form is valid?
Last form valid
Only the last submitted form is treated as valid. Fees paid for earlier incorrect submissions are not refundable.
🖼️
My photograph does not have a light background. Will it be rejected?
Usually OK
No, your form will not be rejected for this alone. However, prefer a light/white background for best compliance.
✍️
I signed with blue ink instead of black. Is it acceptable?
Accepted
Yes, there is generally no issue. The form will be accepted safely.
📅
In an SBI form, I missed writing DOB in the declaration. What happens?
Accepted
No problem—your form profile remains accepted.
📝
I missed some part in the hand-written declaration. What should I do?
Usually accepted
Based on multiple student submissions in earlier cycles, forms with minor omissions in the declaration (e.g., missed DOB or one phrase) have been accepted. We have no verified cases where a form was rejected only for this reason.

What you can do:
  • Do not panic. Keep the acknowledgement and application printout safe.
  • Carry a correct declaration (rewritten properly) to future stages (document verification/biometrics) in case it is asked.
  • If the portal offers an edit window, upload the corrected file there.
Final decision always rests with the exam authority; follow the official notification if it specifies stricter rules.
💻
From where should I get the Computer Certificate?
Govt recognized
Any Government recognized institute/certificate framework is considered valid.
🔐
Do I need to give DigiLocker access during application?
Voluntary

Short answer: It’s optional/voluntary. You can choose Yes or No; there is generally no issue with form acceptance just because of this choice, unless the official notification specifically makes it mandatory.

  • Why it’s asked: To auto-fetch documents (e.g., 10th certificate) directly from DigiLocker for convenience.
  • If you choose “No”: Simply upload the required scanned documents as per the given specifications.
  • Change later: If an edit window is provided, you may link DigiLocker at that time as well.
  • Revoke access: You can remove any granted access from your DigiLocker account settings (look for Linked Apps/Services or Manage Consents).
Always follow the exact instructions in the official notification if a particular exam mandates DigiLocker linkage.
📍
Can I change my exam centre after submission?
Not allowed
No. Once the centre allocation completes, it cannot be changed.
🖨️
Which pages of the admit card should I print?
First page
Print only the first page unless the notification specifically asks for instructional sheets.
🔑
While downloading the admit card, it shows “Incorrect Password”. What should I do?
DOB format
Enter the password in the correct format notation. In most cases, the password is your Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY or Registration ID + DOB combination.
